Registration and fees

Please note the following. The Russian military assault on Ukraine has profoundly shocked knowledge institutions in the Netherlands. This is a direct assault on liberty and democracy, which are the fundamental values undergirding academic freedom and cooperation. In response, all formal and institutional partnerships with educational and knowledge institutions in the Russian Federation and Belarus have been immediately suspended until further notice.
This means that we cannot accept conference registrations from scientists affiliated to a Russian or Belarussian institution.

Abstract submission

The conference website is open from 17 January 2022 for the submission of abstracts for contributed papers. Abstract submission will close on Friday 25 February.

Contributed papers may be selected either for oral or poster presentation. A book of abstracts will be made available online. Authors of contributed papers are expected to submit a 4 page paper on their contribution before the start of the conference. These will be published in the online conference proceedings. The template for the 4 page contributed papers will be the same as for the abstracts and can be found on the abstract submission site. Plenary and invited papers will be published in a special issue of Plasma Physics and Controlled Fusion.

The abstract submission site is hosted by Fusenet. In order to submit an abstract you can login with your Fusenet account. In case you don’t have a Fusenet account yet, you will have to create one by registering. At the abstract submission site you will also find the instructions and templates for preparing your abstract.

You will also be needing your Fusenet account to upload your 4-page conference paper and possible accompanying material at a later date.
